Neth Samarawickrama, the founder of Bits & Bites By N, turned a moment of uncertainty into a thriving business. When the world paused during the COVID-19 pandemic, Neth found herself with extra time on her hands. What started as a simple hobby soon transformed into something much bigger, as people quickly fell in love with the beauty, quality, and flavour of her food.

With a passion for making food both delicious and visually stunning, Neth poured her heart and soul into every dish she created. From humble beginnings at home, operating as a registered business, she began catering for small groups of 10-15 people. But the demand grew quickly, and before long, Neth was catering for events with 100-400 guests. Her dedication to crafting food with care and attention to detail earned her a loyal following and helped her business soar.

In the last few years, Bits & Bites has blossomed into a beloved brand. Recently, Neth’s dream expanded further with the opening of her very own café in Ferntree Gully. The new kitchen, equipped with the latest tools and ample space, allows Neth to take her creations to new heights and serve her growing clientele with even more passion and precision.

With each dish she creates, Neth remains committed to providing exceptional food and unforgettable experiences. She is deeply grateful to her customers for their trust and support, and she can’t wait to continue delivering beautiful and delicious food that brings joy to every occasion.
